Where do we deliver?
For our pilot from September, we deliver in The Netherlands. Would you like to rent from somewhere else? Write to us at hello@palanta.co or WhatsApp us and we will take it into account when we are expanding in the EU.

Packaging
Our packaging is proudly boring. We use plant-based compostable mailers that are perfect for PALANTA’s circular rental model. It comes with two easy and secure sticky strips (one for us to post and one for zero-waste returns).
How to return your order?
You will receive an email on the 9th and 12th day of your rental period.
You can always decide to keep the items for another rental period of 1 month for baby clothes or 2 weeks for women’s collection, in this case, you just need to reply to the email ‘I want to keep my order for longer.’
If you want to return your order, just use the return label from the pacakge and send it back to us.
Rental period
The rental period starts when you subscribe to the items. A rental period of 2 weeks (one month for baby items) applies to subscriptions. So you can keep the garments as long as you like, but every 2 weeks (each month for baby items) we will charge the rental fee of the clothing until you return them.

Delivery, pickup options
Please note, that we are working hard to develop our service for you and to bring renting closer to more and more people. In the future, we would like to improve our logistics and offer the shipping service for free to our conscious renters. Until then, we thank you for your contribution and to choose the most sustainable way of getting dressed.

How to return your order?
You will receive an email on the 20th and 25th day of your rental period.
You can always decide to keep the items for another rental period of 1 month, in this case, you just need to reply to the email ‘I want to keep my order for longer.’
If you want to return your order, you can notify us and we’ll be in touch to arrange the return.

The rental period starts when you subscribe to the items. A rental period of one month applies to subscriptions. So you can keep the garments as long as you like, but each month we will charge the monthly fee of the clothing until you return them.
