With our subscription, you rent the clothing for 2 weeks (a month for baby items) and you can keep it in your possession for this period. The rental period starts when you subscribe to the clothes via our website. You shall return the rented item(s) until the end of the subscription period. Returns usually take 3 days.
We believe our items can be combined and styled in different ways. With PALANTA you will have 14 days to experiment. With this, our shipping, packaging and dry-cleaning rounds are less than offering 4 or 8 days of rental.
Babies grow in a blink of an eye and with one monthly rental parents can take full advantage of our items. Thus, we do not want to overwhelm parents with 2 weekly returns. With this, our shipping, packaging and dry-cleaning rounds are less than offering 4 or 8 days of rental.
If you see that one clothing is rented out at the moment, you can subscribe to the clothing using the form at the product page. When the clothing is available you’ll be notified.

There will be a time when you want to wash the items. Please always follow the washing and care instructions inside the product or on the product page, only wash the product if necessary.
We take care of cleaning and making it ready for the next renter. We use eco-friendly detergents and ensure that every clothing is cleaned and disinfected.
You can keep them longer if you notify us by replying to the reminder email sent to you.
You can keep the garments as long as you like, but every 2 weeks (each month for baby items) we will charge the rental fee of the clothing until you return them.
Yes, no worries, we will send you an email during your rental period asking if you would like to return or keep the item(s) for longer.

When we receive an item, we will end your subscription for that garment. We do a quality check and clean the clothes upon arrival to make sure they are ready for the next adventure! Please note that recurring payments are automatic, so if the items are delayed a new rental fee will be deducted.
For returns use the bag we sent the clothes in, only pay attention to use the second stripe to seal the bag.
Simply use the return label sent in the package.
Keep in mind that the return can take 3 days! Schedule the return on time, so it’ll be back before your rental period ends.

Yes, you can return the item after one week, two weeks etc, although the rental price will be the same.

We will ship the clothes to you by a carbon-neutral delivery method by DPD, in a compostable bag.

PALANTA.CO collects a Basic Deposit (stated on each product page) for each garment to prevent our sustainable brands from unexpected expenses and theft. The deposit would only be deducted once – and will be returned to you after we receive the clothes and we find everything right during our quality check.
a) If there is damage to the product (the repair cost is less than the deposit) and there was no Insurance paid by you, PALANTA.CO has the right to deduct the reparation amount from the Deposit and send back the remaining amount to you.
(e.g. Deposit is €30, reparation cost is €20, you get back €10).
b) If there is damage to the product (the repair cost is more than the deposit) and there was no Insurance paid by you, PALANTA.CO has the right to deduct the reparation amount from the Deposit and charge you for an additional amount of the reparation cost.
(e.g. Deposit is €30, reparation cost is €50, you have to pay €20 more.)
c) If there is damage to the product and you paid Insurance for that item, you are covered up to €50 reparation cost. The deposit will be sent back to you.
d) If there is damage to the product (the repair cost is more than €50) and you paid Insurance for that item, PALANTA.CO has the right to deduct the reparation amount from the Deposit and if needed (see example below) charge you for an additional amount of the reparation cost.
(e.g., Reparation cost is €60 (Insurance covers €50), you have to pay €10 more, Deposit is €30, so we deduct this €10 from your deposit and send back €20 to you.)
(e.g., Reparation cost is €100 (Insurance covers €50), you have to pay €50 more, Deposit is €30, so we deduct this €50 from your deposit (€30) and charge you €20 more.)
If the item can no longer be repaired or is not returned, then we charge 100% of the retail value to protect our ethical brands.
At the moment you can select optional insurance for €8 which will cover you up to €50/clothing for repair costs.
Certain types of damage and theft are not covered by insurance. If the item can no longer be repaired or is not returned, then we charge 100% of the retail value.
