RENT.
You can choose from hundreds of conscious styles including women, maternity and baby clothes. Dresses, pants, shirts, blouses, coats, anything you’d need for a complete wardrobe.
You have two options to start renting with Palanta. Either join one of our monthly memberships and choose 2, 3 or 4 items to rent each month. Or try rental flexibly, with our Pay-As-You-Rent model: Choose your favourite styles, and rent them for 4/14 or 30 days, after the rental you can decide to keep them for longer/exchange them for new items or purchase them. So simple!
With our Pay-As-You-Rent subscription, you rent the clothing for 4 days/14 days and 30 days and you can keep it in your possession for this period. You shall return the rented items until the end of the subscription period. Returns usually take 2 days.
Or you can join the community and subscribe to the monthly memberships where you get to choose 3 items each month.
After the rentals, you can decide to keep for longer/exchange or purchase the items.
If you see that one clothing is rented out at the moment, you can subscribe to the clothing using the form at the product page. When the clothing is available you’ll be notified.

We try to prevent this by including information about fit and sizing on the product pages. You can always visit us for a fitting appointment or ask for more info via hello@palanta.co.
If the ordered item does not fit, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving it so we can jointly search for a solution.
You can either rent something else or receive a coupon for your next rental.
Garments must be returned in their original condition. If a garment is returned altered or damaged, additional fees will be charged. Garments may not be cut, dyed, painted or embellished. Tape, iron-on bonding web, glue or any other type of adhesives may not be used on garments.

Yes, after the rental period you can: return, prolong the rental or buy the item with a discount.
There will be a time when you want to wash the items. Please always follow the washing and care instructions inside the product or on the product page, only wash the product if necessary.
However, you do not have to return the items washed. We will clean and make sure the items are ready for the next adventure.
RETURN.
If you wish to return the item, you can use the bag we sent the clothes in. Write to us via hello@palanta.co and we'll send you the return ticket.
Keep in mind that the return can take 3 days! Schedule the return on time, so it’ll be back before your rental period ends.
There will be a time when you want to wash the items while you have them. For those occasions, please follow the care guide on the product page.
However, you do not have to return the items washed. We will clean and make sure the items are ready for the next adventure.
Yes, you can return the item whenever, although the rental price will be the same.
You shall return the rented item(s) until the end of the subscription period.
If the item can no longer be repaired or is not returned, then we charge 100% of the retail value to protect our ethical brands.
You can add to your rental our Optional rental insurance. With our optional insurance, minor damage or staining is covered up to €50 repair cost.
Certain types of damage and theft are not covered by insurance. If the item can no longer be repaired or is not returned, then we charge 100% of the retail value.

By this, we can offer quality pieces for you to spice up your wardrobe and try out new styles or simply use PALANTA as an addition to your existing wardrobe. We love brands and clothes coming with a story.
