




There will be a time when you want to wash the items while you have them with you. For those occasions, please follow the care guide on the product's page.
However, you do not have to return the items washed. We will do the cleaning and make sure the items are ready for the next adventure.
We try to prevent this by including information about fit and sizing on the product pages. You can always visit us for a fitting appointment or ask for more info via hello@palanta.co.
If the ordered item does not fit, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving it so we can jointly search for a solution.
You can either rent something else or receive a coupon for your next rental.
Garments must be returned in their original condition. If a garment is returned altered or damaged, additional fees will be charged. Garments may not be cut, dyed, painted or embellished. Tape, iron-on bonding web, glue or any other type of adhesives may not be used on garments.

Yes, after the rental period you can: return, prolong the retnal or buy the item wiht a discount.
If you wish to return the item, you can use the bag we sent the clothes in. Write to us via hello@palanta.co and we'll send you the return label.
